This innovative framework defines and describes four stages of evolution towards marketing excellence with respect to the activities, practices and capabilities that make up all four dimensions of the marketing process - Think, Plan, Do and Manage.

It is based on process thinking and the concept of process maturity.

 

Our intent in developing it was to enable you to assess, then make and sustain improvements to, both drivers of marketing excellence, Performance and Perception.

  • Performance focuses on transforming marketing into a valued business discipline;
  • Perception is about making sure that marketing becomes everybody's everyday responsibility.
